Reduction for Socket 4?

Hi all, do you have any idea for what`s it good for? It`s reduction for Socket 4. So maybe it should be some kind of voltage regulator?

Think I thinking about sense of this adapter ... I can't get any idea ... I would use it as pin protector.

I've searched info by IBM part number (11H6213 & 11H5591) and google says that this is "Pentium 60Mhz" or "P133 PROCESSOR" Laughing but this is strange Think

This is purely a hypothesis but I think it might have been used for testing purposes. It seams to run leads out from the pins to a place where a probe could have been used.

I also have one, it came with a P60 off eBay. The seller called it "voltage stabilization board", but that may be only a guess. There are only resistors on it, so to me it looks like a quick fix to a motherboard design problem.
