I was impressed with the results I found within this IBM stick of ram...
first is underneath the head chip
second is with cap/second all removed/third with just the removed cap.
Underneath,is a picture of a bigger chip...

You gave me an idea.
Using time honored traditional tools, screwdriver & pliers I found this.
From some kind of IBM 1 meg memory card.
