About shipping...

Well my friends, I've calculated my total lost in funds for charging to little for shipping in the last little while...

Exemple:
I usualy only charge about $3.00CAD max ,per CPU, for shipping.
I've shiped a few chips out this week, and by AIR the cheapest one was $5.36CAD, by GROUND, $7.34CAD(on average $4.67).

Now knowing I only charge $3.00 max per chip, heres my total lost in the last 3 months !!!

---->$174.89CAD !!!

As I would put it here in Canada, YA ? EH !


Now I've started totaling my sales on here in the last 6 months VS the lost in shipping charges...results are very depressing !!!


I've put out more cash(lost) to ship out all of your chips, then I made in my pocket !!!

In other words, I've pretty much did you all a favor by covering for shipping charges here in Canada and some! So please, I really don't want to hear another word about my shipments being to slow ! This was a pretty big slap in my face allready...

That isn't my fault that you charged not enough. Before start sale you should calculate shipping cost. Simple.

Its very nice of you but i would still nag if the shipments where slow. Its up to you to charge for shipping.

I paid your precious "Moderator" that magically disapeared , lots of money for lots of chips that I still never heard of nor will see again !
But you don't see me making more of it...I just play the waiting game like everyone else ! And yet after weeks upon weeks of even asking the whole freakin' admin. and Mods. where did he go? Am I going to see chips or $ ? ...still , no one has answered ! But I'm still sitting here, quiotely waiting for results........



And One more thing , I never said it was your fault Marcin or anyone else, I was just stating a fact that caught my attention.You guys want to TAG TEAM on me go ahead ! It ain't going to lead you anywhere !

Shipping fees, you have been too welcome or just miscalculating.

We all know that packages get lost, broken or that stuffing 30 cpus to fit the lowest charges may have bad results...

If some of you had bad experiences with each other please make it private, if you, JD, lost cash, from now on make your own interest. Sometimes I asked for unregistered mail, lost package, I can only blame myself for being lame on fees.



This place is still visited by honest persons, keep thinking it's that way, always.

For once I agree with JD on the whole front, nobody likes to lose money for nothing, I'm not accusing one or the other, we all share the same problems and try to be friendly.

Now that you have totaled your shipping on chips you should have a pretty good idea what you need to charge to break even on shipping or even leave a little in your pocket (which I think is perfectly fine as long as your buyer knows ahead of time what shipping costs.) Take this knowledge and run with it. If you want to complain about the costs of shipping do it to your govenmental representitives. For the ammount of time it takes the canadian postal service to get chips anywhere they ought to pay the reciever.

On a side note, did you ever see the hitchhikers guide to the galaxay movie. Every time I see them explain how a vogon form gets processed I think about the canadian postal service
