How do you remove chips soldered into a board?
Oven - bake and shake? 200 degrees c - I dont like this and I dont have an old oven to stink out.
Blow torch - like a small plumber gas torch. gets too hot

Either a soldering iron and solder sucker, or a hot air gun and forceps (works best for surface-mount components).
I do hope you're joking about ovens and blow torches, btw...

Solderiong iron and sucker doesnt work well on THP boards. .. and 100's of pins. |

It does if you have a good, hot soldering iron and enough "suck." I have a vacuum pump desoldering tool that does plated through-hole boards just fine. (Provided the pin count is reasonable, as you already pointed out.)
Using hot air alone on through-hole components often leaves a ton of solder on the pins, which just has to be removed later.

Sounds a mite dangerous... Besides, everybody knows the best way to cook chips is by frying them.
