Hi all,
I think that`s HP PA 7100LC. Is it true? How should I find which kind is it? (66, 80, or 100Mhz) Please advise.

Yes, it is a 7100LC.
It'll be hard to guess the frequency if you don't know from which machine it comes from (or at least don't have the board)

On some PA, there is a frequency code printed on the border of the CPU, but I don't have any 7100LC, so I don't know if it the case for this model.
