I got this Memory Board and another the same Today
Chips are all dated 1972
Can someone confirm if the 5003C's are early intel please as the Logo looks very much like an "i"

Thanks, I Presume that the AMS 6002 Chips are Early Memory Chips?
Any Idea what the Board may have been a part of?

What are the numbers on the black/grey chips?
I think the intersil ones are clock drivers, but I could be wrong. |

The 5003's are likely bipolar RAMs or PROMs. An Intersil 5603 is definitely a PROM (equivalent to Intel 3601), as they were used in this Univac stored-program memory board:

I'll be able to tell you what they are for sure once I dig up my '72 TI data book - it has a cross-reference guide listing all of Intersil's parts. I may even have an Intersil data book from that era... Can't recall.
