| Am29516 family is a 16×16 bit multiplier. I've got an Am29516DC with gold logo and signature. Its package is 64 pins ceramic DIP. I've found this type in many stocks, but no datasheet have been available - at least for me. Does anybody know anything more about these chips (core speed, voltage etc.)? |
