I can`t find any info on this chip but it looks a lot like the AMI S6800 below.
It has 6802 marked on it with a sticker.

There is a bluish-purple discolouring on the top of the legs but the bottoms are gold.
It`s a bad view of the chips legs in the picture.

I tried some silver cleaner on the legs and was able to remove some of the discolouration. It looks as though the legs are tin or silver when I looked at them after in better light.

You could test some pins with a multimeter at diode-test position
and compare the results with an also tested 6802.
