Hi!
For sale are 12 pieces of Atmel EF6809 CPU in CDIP40. The chips are NOS. I've never seen those anywhere  Price:
One piece: 8 Euro two pieces: 14 Euro.

Atmel makes microprocessors from Motorola 68K family and PowerPC microprocessors. Those microprocessors have Thomson-like prefixes, for example TS68020. It's quite possible that in the past Atmel also made their version of 6809.
