N8X305N, 50 Pin Dip, Manufacturer?

Found this this morning. It's a 8-Bit Microprocessor, 50 Pin Dip.
Would like to know who the manufacturer is.
No markings on the bottom.

There should be a Signetics logo under the "LTE".

Sunday morning I found that chip.
I never saw one before then.
Never really looked for one either.

Then Sunday night I found this one made by AMD.

hmm.. AM29 family...

8 bit microcontroller I think.

Yup. 29X305 = 8X305

Both are microcontrollers.
