Does anyone know exactly what this Motorola 68000 chip is?

T/C = Tandy Corporation

I'm guessing a standard MC68000, used in the dual-processor TRS-80 Model 16 or Tandy 6000:

I too think it's a Motorola 68000. There are also SC88019G and SC88019P8 custom part numbers. The last one is 8 MHz, I don't know about the others.
