The only ever made real 32bit CPU of eastern bloc Cool It believe there were only very few made of them.

Care to be more specific? What architecture, is it clone of something? Made in East Germany?

Why is the die visible?
Did you open it?

But how can someone open a LCC package?

It's the right IC. It was build in very late 1989. It's not compatible with x86 and named 80701. The only PC it was used in is the EC1835. And ... you won't find one :-/
