Anyone find this interestng? I could find very little on the Web. Apparently Exel became/was bought by ROHM.

Very beautiful chip. I found informations about chip. That is : Electrically-Erasable PLD (EEPLD) - Security Cell

The first CDIP24 is that small package I've ever seen.

Here's another unusual item. It is related to the ERASIC, in that it is an erasable re-writable logic array device. This is an UV erasable PAL from 1987.
