Upgrade AMD-K6-2/366AFK in Toshiba Satellite 2065CDS laptop?

I would like to know if the AMD-K6-2/366AFK processor in a Toshiba Satellite 2065CDS laptop can be upgraded/changed to a faster processor from the same AMD-K6-2 family? Will the Toshiba 2065CDS accept, show & opperate at the faster speed automatically (i.e. PnP)?
If the Toshiba 2065CDS can & will work with a faster processor, which AMD-K6-2 chips can be used and what is the fastest that can be used?

I would try the K6-2+ or K6-III+ CPUs
