Thanks for Pierre B from France for this info...

I have never been able to find any data sheet on the Intel 2113 or the meaning of the AOH/AOL suffix after the part number on these chips.

However, I had seen the chip on an Intel SBC 80/20 Single Board Computer on the front over of an Intel SBC 80/20 Single Board Computer brochure dated 1976.

Per Pierre...

This is a 2114 with defectives bits ! It was used as a 512*4 static memory.
The A0L and A0H suffixes are used to select the pair or impair bit array via Address 0 ( Low or High ). It was used only in the Intel products like the SBC's and the PROMPT48.

This was great info and it explains why you don't find this chip in Intel's data catalogs.

It also helps me pin down the introduction date of the 2113 around the same time as the 2114.

One more little piece of history saved from being lost forever:)
