QUPW ES identification

Having a hard time locating this CPU anywhere. I have an ES CPU with the code QUPW on the top. CPU-Z says it is a Kentsfield Core, but it is clocked at 2.13, not 2.66. It has 4MB of cache per pair for a total of 8MB, and a bus of 1066. I cannot find anything even close to this on any roadmap.

Anyone have any insight? Not to say it doesn't run very well(currently at 2.8Ghz); I am just puzzled that I cannot ID this thing on any processor chart.

These processors are not officially released yet. This PDF file has a roadmap of Intel multi-core processors:

By the way, when released they will be called Core 2 Quad:
