Thanks for info. So maybe that is some kind of support chip for PA RISC CPU. -50 I think means FSB speed but who knows Confused

I think it is a cache controller for PA-RISC 7000. Here is CPU, FPU and Cache controller I de-soldered from a PA-RISC7000 board in my collection.
