cpu red light doesn't glow

when i press the push button of CPU to turn it on ,the red light doesn't glow at all but green light keeps glowing .recently i got some capacitors of my mb changed as they got bulged.after that though pc is working fine but the red ,that used to blink earlier, has stopped glowing ...what could be the problem.

Check to see if the HD LED wire is attached to the connector on the MB.
Probably was not put back on when the MB was installed back in the case.
