Digging through my old boxes, I found some mini-Nixies and some LED numeric displays, and this chip.

Is it worth anything to you collectors? I'm more than willing to part with it, or any of the other old chips I have.

Trade only- I dont need money, but stuff to play with is always nice!

Care to post a photo of the Nixie tubes...?

I got around $40 for this similar set of LEDs on Ebay a few years back:

Typically the claw-type displays are more sought-after than the bubble variety.

Wow, those claw-type sure are cool looking indeed! I'm gonna dig a bit more, see what I can find.

I am interested in stuff I can use, mostly, I am not a real collector (of microchips, anyways... Coins are different!)

I'll consider any offer of semi/modern PC eqpt (processors, 370 and slot1 and maybe a 370/slot1/socket8 mobo)- but be nice about, like I said I dont know what it's worth Razz I should probobly stop saying that before I get taken advantage of!

Maybe if I dont get any good 'trade' offers, I'll go cash, I do have Paypal.

(about 30 minutes later)

Some pics of the Nixies and some other old stuff....

Also, I have a working "SYM-1" ... it may be a "KIM-1" though. It's a 6502 based SBC/PC and power supply.... Another thing I was going to sell.

Yup, they were some of the first 7-segment LEDs ever made:

So how much for the ZM1000 Nixie module in the upper right corner? The tube below it looks like an Alco MG-19 or equivalent. Price? I don't suppose you have more than one of either of those, do you? Also, do you have a dollar amount in mind for the SYM-1 SBC?

Interesting way of terminating to the nixie there. Is there another board behind the one we can see?

ZM1000 new in the box are worth about 15 USD
Used ones I'd say a little less, but yours is nicely mounted on a board. Smile
They are particularly good tubes.

$5 to $10 each, I'd say. I'm more interested in the 9-segment tube... How many do you have?

Okay, well, how much did you sell them for? Smile

I'm also curious as to what you might want for the SYM-1.

If you take PayPal, I'll give you $8 shipped for the MG-19 tube. (See also page 2 of this thread.)

You didn't say what you wanted for the SYM-1 board...
