Pretty straightforward.... looks like a PGA adaptor ( the clue is PGA on the bottom) and that thing sticking out on the side looks like a voltage regulator. I'd say that was most likely an upgrade chip. Can we have a scan of the top please? before I dig a hole for myself to fall into  |

No problem.. we were all new once. Just post a reply to the thread you created. Use the "Post reply" button at the bottom. Then you will be able to upload another image. Dont use the quick reply box.
Also, it is not a vintage chip. There is another board above this one for modern chips. See the sticky at the top of each board for guidlines. It helps keep the boards running smoothly (and we dont want to disturb the ancient chip collectors. lol ) |
