Hi all
I have just been handed a board with a nice WDC (i am assuming Western Didital Corp) with 4 x chips on it
# WD1014AL (1982)
# WD1010A-PL (1983)
# WD 2797A-PL (1982)
# WD 1015-10 (1984)
Can anyone tell me a story
If needed I can post a pic when I get home.

WD1014 = Winchester error detection/correction (support logic for WD1015)
WD1015 = buffer manager control processor
WD1010 = Winchester controller/formatter
WD2797 = floppy disk controller
