I had 2 GHz working one - it is a bit hard to get and so expensive than is worth to change mobo and CPU to example P IV Northwood. You have hardware in same price and much much better - PIV S423 was BIG Intel mistake. But for collectors are a bit pretty Wink

Willamette exists in socket 478 too, from 1,4 to 2,0GHz

2GHz for both socket 423 and 478?
I'm talking about the socket m478 and the CPU is the Celeron 4 based on 0.18u manufacturing process an 1.75V vcore.
