So far I've seen only 150 MHz and higher. Do you have a picture?

Sometimes ES chips are released at slower speeds than those used for the slower production chips. That could be what happened here, as that is an ES.

Lovely chip, BTW.

Makes sense since the MP6 has a fixed 2.0 multiplier and we have seen:
2x75
2x83
2x95
2x100
so why not 2x66 Smile

I have compiled a Rise mp6 category in the library. Probably many chips missing so any contributions will gladly be added!

http://www.cpuphotolibrary.com/cat1077.htm

Lither can you get a pic of the 2x66 MHz similar to the ones in the category so i can add it?

MP6 was not only fixed at 2x
according to the MP6 datasheet
MP6ABCDEFG-X
G stand for core ratio and could be 4,5,6,7
4=2x
5=2.5x
6=3x
7=3.5x
X could be Q and ES , Q = mass production , ES = eng sample

but i only ever see the 4 and 5
besides my ES usually have G=F , which is not mentioned in the datasheet
