The Q056-0347 was engraved on the top, looks like Q sspec by with a SY016 sspec.

What do you think about this chip ? any comment on it ?

PS, I traded it with a similar engraved Cyrix 486.

Thanks,

To me that Cyrix looks like some dude bought himself an engraving/etching machine, then etched a couple numbers in chips. Is this is the start of the fake remarks for collectors? It will happen if it hasnt already!

To me this Cyrix dosen't look like FAKE. Smile

I think an etching machine is expensive.

Maybe some dude/brock will buy an etching machine to fake CHIPs if the etching machine is cheap enough and the market of CPU collecting is big enough.

Yes, that one is mine too. Wink

I've had 3 pcs etched Cyrix 486, 2 pcs etched on bottom and one on top, all of them were printed 021-(TC) on top.
