Administrator why you not telling us about new upgreads ?  I see not logged users are identified (propably by IP number) and marked as "not logged" Great thing when somebody will forget about login.
I overlooked something else ?

There were no site upgrades recently. Users marked with "not logged in" are too lazy to sign in, but not lazy enough to add "(not logged in)" to their guest name
