I thought to ask why this SY027 have not marked lower voltage as is in most mobile Pentiums to moment when I found in Thomas's library two versions : w 3.1V and w/o 3.1V markings.

That explain all this mess. Mobile CPUs had unlocked multiplier and that is why someone faked it so high ! In this case I suspect with 166 MHz clock CPU should work properly ... please don't ask to test it
