Hi, Has anybody an idea what these 2 are? does the BMA-marking mea bit manipulation accelerator? what does such a device do?

This should be memory management interface cache chips with BMA module.
L1 is for level 1.
Bma probably means bit manipulation accelerator. You are right.
This can be useful for DSP.
It is a 10$ belgium buy it now chip:

It looks nice. I can't find any datasheet for detailed functions.
