I have some microcontrollers for sale.
They are very small - now I understand a true meaning of the word "microcontroller" ! 
They have PLCC44 package.
One set consists of 5 MCUs:
- MHS S-80C31
- OKI M80C31F
- PHILIPS PCF 80C31BH-3
- AMD N80C31BH
- INTEL TN80C31BH
Price - EUR 8.00 / set

I accept PayPal and international bank transfer (IBAN + BIC).
Shipping:
(1 - 2 large or 1 - 5 small chips)
