hi , since the price of P3/P4 is dropped near the gold-scrap here in Taiwan,i begin to collect these relative new intel chip .
i bought some chips recenlty at a gold-scrap price
I believe they are Qversion intel ES
at first i check the cpu-photolibrary and couldnt find same chip
then i check the cpu-world and only the following link found
http://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/Core%20Duo.html
it says the LE80539 is "core duo ".No image is found
and in the database of the s-spec , QHKD is not mentioned.

besides , there is "---" after the " LE80539 " . Does it means it is an early version of such processor?

and what is the e1 stand for (just after the copyright)
i might ask silly questions. however , since them are my first modern intel chips (i am using a K6-3 450 desktop right now Smile, i want to know more about them.
Thanks in forwards
Lee

Desoldered? Maybe it's not on the LGA775 platform?

I see the chips are elevated from the ground- What platform are they?

I think they are µBGA-479

Information for those who bought/traded this chip - it's a Core Duo 1.83 GHz with 2 MB L2 cache and 667 MHz FSB
