I'd like to get copies of the data sheets, user manuals, etc. for any of the Russian PDP-11 compatible chips, including the 1801 and 1811 familes. I don't speak Russian, but have friends who can translate for me.
I'm hoping to prototype a system using an 1801VM3, and get RSTS/E running on it.
Thanks!

| Thanks for the 1806VM2 data. I'd still like to get 1801VM2 and 1801VM3 data, as those are the chips that I have, and the 1801VM3 has 22-bit addressing which is necessary for the more sophisticated of the PDP-11 operating systems. |

Hello, did you managed to create any working prototype? |
