the only chips with intel copyright 1986 and this package and cpu-related i know is n80387sx

lower one - no idea except that cpu may be the chip with heatsink (as usual)

the other chip is out of a DG AViiON 5500 Database server. the 2 LSI chips I believe are FPGAs
