Socket 754 ES are nice. I also like UMC microcontrollers - these are the first UMC 80xx microcontrollers I've seen.

Another nice update
There are several there that I like, but the two that stick out (because I don't ahve them and I especially try to get any K6 family processors that I don't ahve) are:
