anyone know if this intel confidential is an unlocked model

Hi
have the chance to buy an intel confidential CPU QJ85ES 3ghz 1mb cache 800mhz socket 478.
I cannot cpu-z the cpu as i have not bought it i only want it if it is unlocked, the seller has no 478 mobo to run it on any longer, so he can't do it either.
Does anyone know if a confi with this code is unlocked or not??

Also any advice on 478 mobo's that can access unlocked functions would be useful too. I have an Abit VT7 via chipset at the moment, but any mobo advice would be useful.

It should be, but I'm not 100% shure, but if you want to overclock you could overclock it by increasing the Front side bus (FSB), the pentium 4 uses 200MHz quad pumped bus, and If you have a good mobo you could overclock it to 3500-4000MHz
