Replacing an old mobo-want to keep Athlon XP 2400

[Not so peachy]

My mobo has died and I would like to keep Athlon XP 2400 CPU. It' out of an eMachine s2485 (small tower). The original mobo is an ECS L7VMM2. Checked with Emachines and they have no replacement. Checked the AMD web site and they list more way more mobo's than I can research. Can any one suggest a replacement mobo?
