cpu upgrade from duron900mhz to sempron2200+ socket A

My motherboard is k7upgrade600
until now I've used duron900
I have come into possesion of sempron2200+ and my motherboard
(or bios) can't detect it right

when i plug it in MB detects Duron900??
when i set FSB in bios to 166mhz comp won't start or if it does windows detect duron854mhz
when i switch jumper on MB to FSB333mhz comp starts and turns off after 5 s


WHAT SHOULD I DO?
HELP!
