Pretty slick setup, 84 pin, custom packge, no idea who made it.

I assume its a 4Mbit 200ns

Seller said it came from a board that was mostly TI chips.

Once I get my microscope hooked up I'll see if the die has any details.

I have one made by Atmel, it looks a little different but has the exact same setup as far as pins and numbers on the bottom of the chip. data sheet comes up as a AT27c010

I would really like to see some close ups of these cores as well

AT27c010 would bt the individual chips

Notice the marking over the one in the lower left

4001-20 just like mine

interesting that your chips are 170ns, Industrial temp spec. But they down rate the whole part to 200ns
