Found these on an old telecom microwave board. Is this an old Harris logo? The italicized “H” is confusing me. The were also old RCA CD4001, CD4011, CD4013, CD4019, CD4023 chips on the same board. They were not pretty as these two.  |

I have never looked up what the 4000 series chips are so can't comment (although I can tell you none are part of the MCS-4 set.
Personally I often think soldered chips should be left on the original board (historical settings...), especially for chips that old
Anyway, to answer your question, that is a Harris logo

| Thank you for the reply Debs. Your comment is noted for future finds. I was tasked with dismantling an old microwave system and planned to scrap everything. This is my first time performing such work. I’d rather see these chips displayed for public then melted for scrap. |

I looked there. There are two Harris logos. Both with a straight “H” with a line to the left (representing a ground strip?). Wonder if he would like to add this one. |
