Mouse freeses

Yesterday mouse works ok, but after some minutes it's getting freese for a second after one minute mouse freeses all time. When windows starts up mouse didn't work anymore. I checked that device manager there aren't mice and others point devices. Too there aren't mouse hardware detected. I tried mouse on other pc and it's works ok. I am not sure it's a virus becouse i reinstalled windows xp. And when windows are installing (another time) there aren't mouse. I am using plug and play mouse. USB are not working. What's the problem is i don't know. I think problem is poor plug and play power, not enough for it. Please help.

Buy other mouse and with PS/2. To USB connect printer or scanner to test ports.
