I just meant it looks like a p3-tualatin cooler, miniturized IE same stype, but smaller.
I have not seen that variety, only celeron-t coolers, celeron and p3-t... I have not seen much, admittedly  |

That cooler is actually a very late model, not an early one. I used to build many PCs back then!
The earlier coolers had a hologram in the middle of the fan. |
