Hello, KT133 is yor chipset and not your motherboard, it supports amd athlon with 200 Mhz FSB up to 1.4 GHz.

I am trying to verify, if athlon xp will run on K7VAT+ Rev 3.0.
There were users that succesfully install it on this board or chipset.
If you would know, of any good online resources specifically on this mobo.

Also, what is the best method and source to update Bios on this board.
