Multimedia audio controller issue on windows xp professional

I recently reinstalled win xp and upon the installation's completion my audio controller still isn't functioning. I have a Realtek AC'97 Audio for VIA which has a yellow question mark by it's name.

Board: K8T800-8237
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 02/17/2005

Btw all i need is a working driver, checked their website didn't help

Which site you cheched ? Phoenix Tech ? Smile that is BIOS manufacturer. Open case and see what producer of motherboard and model you have.
