looks like it has been offline for more than a week now Sad his domain isn't even known to DNS anymore. Given up his site? forgot payment? Tech difficulties?
I hope it's only some technical difficulties -- Franz???

This is his personal site:

http://www.merkima.net/

Maybe there is some information there, but without knowing the German language I can't tell.

there are no real informations about his offline website, but he broke up 2 weeks ago with his girl-friend. (one of his hobbies is travelling, maybe he's walking around the world now)

all links to his chips-collection are linked to an "under-construction"-logo

It's good to hear he's back. Just yesterday I updated Links section on my site to say his site is offline, and I did try to connect to his site yesterday. Time to update the Links page again...
