| imy old CPU i used for years just came to my mind, its rated 1400 MHz at doubled 133 MHz FSB, it running perfectly at 100-124 Mhz FSB, but at 133 it became unstable after some years of use causing memory errors in memtest, no matter what hardware is around it - what may cause this strange behaviour? faulty cache? |

yap propably. Maybe because of chipped core or just used. I had PIII Tualatin with same problem.
If you can replace motherboard for a test because that can be a problem also. Some weeks ago I got ABIT board with unstable FSB 133 - on 100 all works correctly and that wasn't CPU - checked. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |
