What would be better, 2*512 pc3200 cl 2.5 dual, or 2*512 + 2*256 cl 2 pc2700?


Had a question and didn't really knew what to answer, my friend uses Doom3, HL2, Q4 and alike. Medium quality.

I think that 1.5 GB @ 333 is good enough and in dual channel ain't bad too.
He can have 512 +2*256 for free, PCs change in his office.

1,5 GB for any games that will be high capacity if other components are good
