2007/06/04 - Added Intel 80186 8Mhz Military (MG80186 8/B)**
2007/06/04 - Added Intel Pentium 66Mhz SX754 W/ FDIV Bug (A80501-66)**
2007/05/02 - Added Intel 80386 16Mhz (A80386-16) SX025 16 BIT S/W ONLY***
2006/12/03 - Added Intel 80286 6Mhz (C80286-6)
2006/12/03 - Added Intel Pentium 100Mhz SX962 Gold Heatspreader (A80502-100)

It took me a while to get the Intel 16 BIT S/W ONLY 80386 (tho it costed me only US$10). Also, the Intel Pentium 66Mhz SX754 could be the oldest currently known (L3201861).

It is harder and harder for me to get new chips. Many of the new chips require "special" relationship with someone who works in the industry. Also, it is very hard for me to win an auction on eBay. I was thinking about quiting this hobby about a year ago, but Lee convinced me to continue (tho he retired recently, I hereby wish him the best). There are many holes to fill here and there in my collection, but the competition on eBay is more intense and it's getting harder to find old chips (thx to the gold price) recently. So it takes me about half a year just to add less than 20 chips.

I am currently in Asia for a long vacation. I hope I can get my phD admission soon.

Your sx754 is definitely the oldest Pentium 66 known. In fact it is in the top five oldest Pentiums overall. I also find it interesting that it has text on the ceramic on the back. Both my and tlccomps oldest Pentium 60's also have this. I have seen no Pentiums made after week 20 1993 that do. Your sx754 also looks to be in excellent preservation. Good job.
