compatabilty of amd athlon 3200 and ultra infinity nf11 mb

i am desperate can you whiz kdz help me here .iwould like to know the process of installing my amd 3200 processor to my ultra infinity nf11 motherboard .the last time i tried the motherboard did not recognize the processor.help me please this was my dream of an amd 3200 prcessor in my motherboard.awaiting your replies.
