I am looking at 2 notebook pcs, each having one of the processors listed above. Intel's speed is listed at 1.73 while AMD says 2.2 ghz. Which processor do you think is overall of higher quality and is the listed ghz speed the ultimate indicator for how fast or slow the computer will operate?
