Upgrade from P4 2.0 GHz --> P4 2.8 GHZ

it's Intel i850 motherboard 400 FBS (400 MHz Front Side Bus speed)

Is it possible to upgrade my Dell Dimension 8200 from it's P4 2.0 GHz Willamette FSB400 to a P4 2.8 GHz Northwood FSB400.

I've seen that the Willamette has core voltage 1.750V and Nortwood has core voltage 1.475-1.55V, is that a problem ?.
