I have similar problem. Asrock board unstable. I am using it now. AMD 1700 xp processor.(266htz multiplier 11)
I need help checking to make sure I have set board up right.
The board resets reboots, when I add hardware,
I went back from my new 400 power supply to 350 p2 power supply, updated windows correctly and upgraded Bios to 2.8.. and it is more stable....
Can someone send me the proper board settings.
the bios is set for by JUMPER @ 133....(2.3, 2.3)
the manual setting only lets me to set to248hz.

Thoroughly lost...
