Have any of you ever had a package from Germany take 4-8 weeks? If not what is the longest you have seen a package take from Germany to the US?

2 years ago genna sent a a big parcel from u.s. to germany via ship (airmail was to expensive). the parced needed about 2 months

keep in mind, the US no longer offers anything besides air shipping now.

I took a look to the actual german price-list for international letters. Groundmail don't exists any more, so probably everything is now airmail.
